Refund policy

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

• Returns/exchanges accepted within 7–14 days post-delivery.

• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

• Sale or clearance items may be non-returnable or excluded from refunds Gentry.pk.

How to Initiate

• Contact gentrypk11@gmail.com with order details, reason, and images if relevant.

• Once approved, return shipping is at customer’s cost unless defective/damaged on arrival.

Process

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we process:

  • Refund, credited back to the original payment method, within 7–10 business days.

  • Exchange (one-time) to the same or different product (subject to stock) 

Exceptions

• Items showing wear, damage, or missing original tags/packaging are not eligible.

• Personalized or made-to-order products may not qualify for exchange/refund.
